Prepd is a pre-call research automation platform that generates research briefs about companies and individuals before your scheduled meetings. The service integrates with your calendar to identify upcoming meetings with external parties.

3. Waitlist and Referral Program

By joining our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate email and personal information
• Receive communications about your waitlist status and launch updates
• Use referral links only for genuine referrals (not self-referrals or fake signups)

3.1 Referral Rewards

Referral rewards (skip waitlist, free months) are granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to revoke rewards if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to self-refer
• Using disposable or fake email addresses
• Automated signups or bot activity

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Research Data

Research briefs are generated from publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of research data. You should verify important information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

The Prepd service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Research briefs generated for you are for your personal business use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prepd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
