1.1 Waitlist Data

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

Email address (required)
First name, company name, and job title (optional)
Referral information (if you used a referral link)
IP address and browser information (for fraud prevention)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our pre-call research service, including:

Generating research briefs for your upcoming meetings
Syncing with your calendar to detect external meetings
Improving our research algorithms and service quality
Communicating with you about your account

2.1 Waitlist Communications

When you join our waitlist, we will send you:

Email verification to confirm your signup
Updates about your position and referral rewards
Launch announcements and early access invitations

You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

3. Calendar Data

When you connect your Google Calendar, we access only the information needed to identify meetings with external attendees. We read event titles, times, and attendee email addresses. We do not modify, delete, or create calendar events.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can disconnect your calendar integration at any time from Settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@prepd.io.

6.1 Waitlist Data Rights

If you're on our waitlist, you have the right to:

Request access to your waitlist data
Request deletion of your waitlist entry
Opt out of non-essential communications
